Hey! My name is Matthaus Dai. I started PlotPath towards the end of my Junior year in high school. I began helping others with math on Brainly back in 2019 when I was in 6th grade. I was introduced to Desmos in 8th grade, but really dove into into the intricacies when I was a freshman and was assigned to make a mandala using Desmos. Outside of math, I enjoy playing soccer, solving chess puzzles, and practicing the piano.  

After graduating high school in 2026, I hope to major in environmental engineering at Georgia Tech because I feel that climate change is a pressing issue. I was more aware of it when it directly affected me when Hurricane Helene destroyed the soccer field I used to play at in Asheville. I felt that I should use my background in math to help contribute to the issue so I decided to go into environmental engineering.
